About Matt

Matt joined our team in August 2006, and has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining PPS, Matt's experience was in local government. He started out in a junior role at a large council for about 18 months. Then he moved into a more senior role for a smaller council, looking after their IT system for almost 7 years. Involving Windows Servers, workstations, POS, networking, routing, laptops, smart-phones (PDA), VOIP systems, and maintaining their website.

Matt has a Diploma of IT and has extensive knowledge of IT systems, including servers, websites, networks, PDA's, iPhones, etc. Matt's experience and technical knowledge make him a very welcome addition to the team.

Matt is also a very keen motorsport enthusiast, regularly competing as a driver and sometimes as a co-driver in a variety of motorsports, including rallying, sprints, hill-climbs, autocross, drifting, and club level events.
He also volunteers his IT skills for the motorsport community. He has undertaken Tech roles at Rally Australia, working with posting results online for WA Rallying, website work, for example creating and looking after wacarclub.com.au, and helping other websites. And not to forget his own website: rallyfx.com.
