Yes, it's official! Alan is looking for Love. Visit my dating page... Alan2go64

I was born in '64, and live in the Northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. I have been a keen computer enthusiast for as long as I can remember, (for those of you around my vintage, you may remember this computer... I started off with a Tandy TRS80 with 4Kb RAM!). In 1993 I established a small computer business specialising in providing hardware and software to small business. My company, Professional Pc Support, has a great collection of links, featuring both computer industry links, general links and even kids links.

My 2008 Kia SorentoI am a Four Wheel Drive enthusiast... or should I say I used to be? I used to be passionate about 4WD'ing, touring and camping, and I liked to spend my spare time pursuing my hobby, and managing my 4WD web sites. But things change as time goes by. One of the reasons for my marriage failure in 2006 was that my hobby was not shared by my wife, and so this had to be taken into account when I began looking for love in 2007, and sure enough, when I met my 2nd partner, she did not like 4WDing, and so I began doing less and less. In 2008 I even sold my rugged Hilux for a more modern, comfy, automatic Kia Sorento, which was much more "female friendly", and we certainly did a lot of touring down south, and even up north a couple of times. Sadly, that relationship ended in 2009, but I have grown to enjoy my Sorento, and I am sure that my next partner will too! My "nickname" in 4WD circles is "Skip", so whenever you read about Skip, well, that's me! Do you want to know how I got my nickname? Click here to go to Skip's 4x4 web site.

Oh, and here's a photo of my last Labrador, Benson, who I gave away to a new family on 5 Jun 2008, due to his need to have more yard spare, and more attention than I could provide. He now lives a great 5 acre property down south in Waroona, and I try to visit him once or twice a year. He was a terrific dog, very obedient, patient, and loving. He was a typical Labrador, being terrific with kids, and inhaling his food in a split second! Dam I miss him!
