TROUBLESHOOTING 1: If the patch wont load or gives an error message, try logging off, and then login on as Administrator (or a user than has Administrator rights), and try again.

TROUBLESHOOTING 2: If question "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings" is missing from the Time Zone section, then you will need to apply a small fix to the registry, by following these instructions. Click on This Link and save the file to somewhere on your hard disk (download will only take 1 or 2 seconds, as it is tiny). Then use Windows Explorer to rename the file to timezone-w.australia.reg (by removing the .bin from the end of the name. Note, to do this, you must have the "hide extensions for known file types" unticked, in the Tool, Options, View section of Windows Explorer). Then double click on the file, and say "yes" to allow it to be merged into the registry. Now, go back into the Time Zone as per instructions above. Untick the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings", then Apply it, the re-tick it, and re Apply it. The time should now be correct.
