Mission Statement & Company Profile

Western Australian Owned!"Professional Pc Support" was established in 1993, with the goal of providing customers with a "Total Computer Solution". We provide all products and services associated with computing, from providing advice on which system will best suite your needs, to the supply of computing equipment and software, installation, networking, training, support and internet services.

Our customers include Small Business, Corporations, Government, Education, Rural, SOHO and home computer users. The systems that we provide and support perform tasks as critical as large multi-user accounting applications, right down to games and internet access on home computers.

Our business provides Clients with this "total computing solution" by placing a strong emphasis on after sales support, provided by staff with solid technical backgrounds. The company consists of 2 working directors, and so is West Australian Owned and run. In addition to this, we have 3 full time technicians / technical consultants, and 1 full time receptionist / admin officer. Both working directors are Technicians with various certifications, myself included. We do not have any sales people on staff, as we gain new clients from referrals only, meaning that we simply must provide professional service to our clients. My name is Alan Heppell, and I am the Managing director and original founder of this business. If you would like to know more about me, the other directors or staff, then please visit my staff page.
