Our Charge Rates:
NOTE: There
is a  surcharge on all credit card transactions. See our
Payments page for details.
Hourly rate:
- $130 (inc-GST) per
hour, from 8:30AM-5:00PM Monday to Friday (except public holidays),
minimum charge of 1 hour, and thereafter charged in minimum half hour
blocks.
- $160 (inc-GST) per
hour for after hour work. (see below for callout fees)
- $195 (inc-GST) per hour for all Router / Cisco / Linux work.
- NOTE: These
rates are for a single technician. If more than one technician is
requested to be on-site to finish the job quicker, then rates are
charged per person per hour (per man/hour).
Callout fee
(Travel Allowance):
- $60 (inc-GST) Perth Metro area (North
to Joondalup, South to Fremantle, East to Kalamunda)
- $120 (inc-GST) Perth Fringe area (North to Yanchep, South to Kwinana, East to Mundaring)
- Country areas are
also catered for, and although rates vary according to how remote the
site is, it will be approximately 80c (inc-GST) per kilometre for the
trip (both ways). Another way to calculate this is $1.60 per kilometre
1-way.
- Callouts during
after-hours periods are double.
Delivery of
goods / despatch of orders:
- $15 (inc-GST) per
box, for non-urgent deliveries in the Perth Metro area. The average
delivery time is 4 working hours, which generally means that orders
that are despatched from us in the morning will be received that same
afternoon, and good despatched in the afternoon will be received in the
morning of the next working day.
Telephone /
Remote Support:
- Telephone and
remote support is available either on an ad-hoc basis, or via one of
our support pack offerings (see below). Ad-hoc support is charged at
our standard rates as detailed above, in half hour blocks.
